As part of Older People’s Week, Stafford and Rural Homes (SARH) are hosting a number of free events across Stafford to celebrate the theme of “5 Ways to Wellbeing”: Give, Keep Learning, Connect, Be Active and Take Notice.
A short walk around the Hall Close (SARH Independent Living scheme) area led by Walking for Health from Stafford Borough Council. Choice of 2 walks: short walk, 10 mins; long walk, 30 mins.
