What happens if I press my Telecare pendant by mistake?

Do not worry if you press your alarm by mistake. When your call is connected to the Customer Call Centre simply let the operator know that the call was made in error.

Alternatively, if you press the button on your alarm unit accidentally, you can cancel the call by pressing the green cancel button.
