What should I do if I have lost my keys and can’t get in to my home?
If you lose your keys and cannot get in to your home, contact SARH on 0800 111 4554. Lost key call-outs are chargeable. Failure to pay a call-out charge will result in further action being taken against you and may have an impact on any future tenancy with SARH. SARH want to help customers avoid unnecessary call-out and replacement charges where possible with some simple tips.

If you are ever locked out, you could give them a call to let you back in.
