Helping hand for new residents

People moving into Stafford are being offered handy information to help them settle into the community.

Stafford and Rural Homes – which owns and manages over 5,600 homes – has launched ‘Community Information Sheets’ for its new customers.

The information includes contact details for local doctors, post offices and schools.

The sheets also contain information on SARH neighbourhood and rents officers so customers know who to call if they have any problems with their home.

“Making sure our customers are able to settle into their new home and local community smoothly is extremely important to SARH,” said Kathryn Bradbury, Homes and Neighbourhood Manager for SARH.

“The new information sheets will provide a quick and easy reference for our customers while they find their feet in a new area.   They will also be a useful tool for prospective customers looking at which area to move into.”

For more details about the Community Information Sheets please call SARH’s customer participation team on 0800 111 4554.
