Following a series of local conversation events we can now share with you what matters most to our customers. A washing line exercise allowed us to ask the questions

- What is not so good about your landlord?
- What would you change about your landlord?
Feedback from this exercise will be passed to the TSA along with questionnaires completed by customers
It is important that we as your landlord also learn from this feedback and we will share with you changes we make as a result of the feedback you gave. We will do this through our website and in our Opening Doors to Better Homes customer magazine.
