New partnership forged between SARH and Jewson
A PARTNERSHIP has been built that will save Stafford and Rural Homes thousands of pounds and help it provide a more efficient service.
Stafford and Rural Homes has linked with builders’ merchants Jewson who have opened a new £200,000 store facility on the Tollgate Industrial Estate.
Three jobs have been created at the warehouse where everything from taps and boilers to door locks will be stored.
SARH’s Repairs First trades staff will buy directly from Jewson saving thousands of pounds each year. It will also save them time providing customers with a more efficient repairs and maintenance service.
Neville Parboo, assistant director of stock investment for SARH, said: “We at SARH are delighted to partner Jewson in the opening of this new bespoke store.
“The new facility will enable us to provide our customers with a faster, higher quality, and more cost efficient repairs and maintenance service.”
Vince Thurlby, stores and maintenance manager for Jewson, said: “We are very proud to have formed this new partnership with Stafford and Rural Homes.
“As one of the country’s largest builders’ merchants we have been supplying building materials to housing associations for many years and our experience will help SARH provide its customers with the best possible service and value for money.”
