RESPECT action day launch
Stafford and Rural Homes (SARH) and Staffordshire Police will be launching a series Respect Action Days this week. The aim of the Respect Action Days is to strengthen communities, tackle anti social behaviour and reinforce partnerships between agencies.
Respect Action Days are intended to bring agencies together to look at the issues on the estate and tackle them in partnership. Agencies signed up to the events include Staffordshire Fire Service, Stafford Crime Prevention Panel St John’s Ambulance, Staffordshire Highways, Trading Standards, ADSIS (Alcohol and Drug Services in Staffordshire) and Staffordshire Credit Union. Local Schools and other community groups are also taking part.
The launch will take place in the Market Square Stafford on Thursday 10 September 2009 between 10am and 4pm. SARH officers together with representatives from Staffordshire Police will be on hand to give more information
