Baswich Grange Local Lettings Plan

Thank you for your interest in a new home at Baswich Grange.

Due to high demand, Stafford and Rural Homes (SARH) will make offers to customers who can demonstrate a connection to the local area. This is known as ‘local lettings plan’.

The Local Lettings Plan for these homes has a set local lettings criteria, as follows:

Priority 1:

Customers who can prove that they have lived in the Baswich or Weeping Cross and Wildwood Parish for 3 years or more.

Priority 2:

Customers who need to move to Baswich or Weeping Cross and Wildwood Parish because they need support from or need to offer support to  close family members i.e. parent, grandparent, adult child or  sibling.

Priority 3:

Customers who work or whose children attend school in Baswich or Weeping Cross and Wildwood Parish.

If there are no applications from customers meeting the local letting criteria, offers will be made to customers living in  Stafford Borough in line with the standard SARH lettings policy.
