Please note: Repair dates are the same and are allocated when they are received whether you report a repair online or by phone.

Report a non-emergency, minor repair

  • We are currently only delivering essential services which includes emergency repairs. However, if you have a non-emergency repair which you think would be categorised as a minor repair and take under one hour and only one operative to complete (for example, an issue with a door/window handle, water pressure, a minor leak etc) please complete our online form, and we will plan to schedule this repair as soon as possible. If you believe this issue poses a health and safety risk, please contact our customer services team on 0800 111 4554. Once you have completed this form, please do not call our customer services team regarding this repair. We aim to get back to you and arrange the repair as soon as possible.
