SARH supports National Customer Services week

National Customer Service Week, which runs from 5-11 October, is designed to raise awareness of customer service and the vital role it plays within an organisation. It is also an opportunity to say a big thank you to those who work in customer service for a job well done.

SARH is proud of it’s Customer Service Centre (CSC) and from the feedback we receive from customers they are generally very happy with the service they receive.

Our CSC team aim to answer 90% of customers calls within 20 seconds and they consistently meet this target.   The CSC team call customers who haven’t contacted us for 12 months to make sure they are aware of the services we provide and the involvement opportunities available

The team also carry out telephone surveys for those customers who have had a repair completed to make sure they are happy.  For people looking for a new home through Homes First, our new CBL scheme, the CSC team can make a bid for customers  who do not have access to the internet.

SARH CSC has taken part in a number of events this week  to raise awareness, these events include:

  • Govmetric Bingo- encouraging our customers to give us feedback on the service they received, with the winning advisor able to nominate a senior manager to take their calls for half and hour!
  • a customer service themed crossword – testing their knowledge of customer relate
  • a wear Pink to Work Day.

Throughout the week money has been collected  and will be donated to Leukaemia Support.
