Staff survey shows positive results for SARH

Posted on 8th February 2011

RESULTS of an independent survey show that over 90 per cent of staff enjoy working for Stafford and Rural Homes.

The survey – carried out by employee engagement specialists People Insight Ltd – asked 180 staff a range of questions on what it is like to work for SARH.

The results were extremely positive – in particular they showed that 92-per-cent of SARH staff enjoy working for SARH and 95-per-cent care about the future of the organisation.

Jo Hough, Head of Human Resources for SARH, said: “The results of the staff survey are really encouraging and in particular it’s great to see that so many of our staff enjoy their work and care about what we do.”

“Retaining a motivated and dedicated workforce that is focused on delivering the best possible service to our customers is essential to what we do.”

Karen Armitage, Chief Executive of Stafford and Rural Homes, said: “I’m delighted at the positive feedback from our staff survey.  SARH aims to make every employee feel well respected, involved, heard, well-led and valued and we are always working hard to improve staff engagement further and ensure we are a great organisation to work for.”
